Michael Kealy

Owner/Operator

Michael "Mike" Kealy, shop owner and operator with over 30 years of experience, attended Farmingdale University of New York as an engineering major. Mike began working as an automotive technician in 1985 and soon became shop foreman.

In 1997 Mike opened his own automotive shop, Bay Hundred Automotive, located in St. Michaels, MD. Continuing his education through the Automotive Training Institute, Mike went on to become an ASE Master Certified Technician, ASE Certified Service Consultant, Advanced Service Advisor and Maryland State Inspector.

Today Bay Hundred Automotive holds the ASE Blue Seal of Excellence and prides itself on experience in servicing all vehicle makes and models from classic to modern.

Brad Vickers

Automotive Technician

Brad Vickers, a proud US Army Veteran, has been working in the automotive industry for 15 years. As a skilled collision repair technician, Brad continued his studies and expanded his knowledge through the I-CAR Training Academy, gaining his I-CAR Certification, later obtaining his Platinum I-CAR Certification.

Though Brad began his automotive career in body work, in 2018 Brad became a certified Automotive Technician. Going on to become certified in Hybrid and Good Year Gold, Brad has found his passion in not only repairing cosmetic issues, but also understanding the mechanical functions of a vast majority of vehicles. Having a background and knowledge in both mechanics and vehicle appearance, Brad is an extraordinary automotive tech at Bay Hundred Automotive.

Brandon Kealy

Automotive Technician

Brandon Kealy, a graduate from the Classic Motor Car Internship Program through the St. Michaels Maritime Museum, joined Bay Hundred Automotive in 2023 as an Automotive Technician. Brandon specializes in preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a wide variety of vehicles.

His versatility extends beyond the shop floor-you may also find him at the front counter, assisting customers with vehicle drop-offs, pick-ups, and ensuring they receive the same exceptional service throughout their visit. Brandon's strong work ethic, determination, and commitment to continuous learning make him an invaluable member of the Bay Hundred Automotive team.

Ryan Price

Automotive Technician

Ryan Price is an Automotive Technician at Bay Hundred Automotive who is known for his attention to detail and dedication to quality workmanship. Ryan discovered his passion for the automotive industry while in high school and went on to further his education at the Automotive Training Center (ATC) in Exton, Pennsylvania. After completing his training, Ryan returned to Maryland's Eastern Shore, where he became an integral part of the Bay Hundred Automotive team.

Ryan takes pride in diagnosing and repairing vehicles with precision while ensuring every job is completed to the highest standard. His commitment to continued learning, combined with his strong work ethic and meticulous approach to every repair, makes him a valued member of the Bay Hundred Automotive team. Whether performing routine maintenance or tackling complex repairs, Ryan is dedicated to keeping his customers' vehicles safe, reliable, and performing at their best.

Peter Gorman

Service Writer

Peter "Pete" Gorman is a Service Writer for Bay Hundred with over 30 years of experience. Originally a history major, Pete became a service writer in 1985 after realizing that his true passion was working with his hands and helping to communicate complex automotive issues to customers.

Over the years Pete has taken great strides in learning and mastering the operations and functions of domestic and even non-domestic vehicles. With certifications in Honda, KIA, Nissan, Ford, and Volvo Pete has a well-rounded education in all vehicle related maintenance and mechanical issues. With extensive knowledge in customer service and vehicles, Pete is a key employee at Bay Hundred Automotive.

Skylar Horton

Service Writer and Marketing Specialist

Skylar Horton joined Bay Hundred Automotive as a Service Writer in the summer of 2023 and quickly became an integral part of the team. With a background in administrative support and customer relations, Skylar is committed to providing exceptional customer service while ensuring clear communication between customers and technicians throughout the repair process.

In addition to her responsibilities as a Service Writer, Skylar oversees all of Bay Hundred Automotive's marketing efforts, including social media management, digital content creation, community outreach, and brand development. Through continued education with the Automotive Training Institute (ATI), she has expanded her knowledge in both automotive operations and marketing strategies, allowing her to better serve both the business and its customers. Her dedication to customer satisfaction, organizational excellence, and creative communication has made her a valued member of the Bay Hundred Automotive team.
